(NASDAQ: IDTC) applauds President Clinton's call in his Year 2000 State of the Union Address for the promotion of policies to help bridge the country's so-called "digital divide" by connecting all Americans to the Internet. This technology makes it possible for ZeroDinero.com to provide precision targeted advertising and content delivery based on the user's demographics and content affinities.
