Each company within the IDT Europe is an equal opportunities employer.
The aim of the policy is to ensure that all applicants and employees
receive equal treatment for selection, training and promotion regardless
of their ethnic origin, color, gender (including those who undergo
gender re-assignment), age, marital status, sexual orientation,
disability or religious beliefs.
No applicant or employee will be placed at a disadvantage by requirements

Although the Executive has overall responsibility for the implementation
of this policy, it is the individual responsibility of Directors
and Heads of Department policy to ensure that it is implemented
within their areas.

contrary to this policy, the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 or the
Race Relations Act 1976 should follow the Company’s Grievance
Procedure.
Any employee who acts, or instructs others to act, in a manner
contrary to this policy, the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 or the
Race Relations Act 1976 will be liable to disciplinary action.
