Nicholas Ford joined IDT in June 2000 heading up the Carrier Sales Division for the UK. Shortly after he was appointed Vice President of the Carrier Buying Division for Europe. In his time as President of Carrier Buying, Nicholas managed the expansion of the commercial buying operation into 10 countries; broadening his role to include Asia and Africa. In May 2007, Nicholas was promoted to Chief Operating Officer for IDT Europe and is now responsible of the mangement of all European operations.

Prior to joining IDT Nicholas worked overseas providing financial services to expatriates throughout the Middle East.

Filippo Percario joined IDT in January 2003 as Senior Carrier Relations Manager for Italy. In August 2006 Filippo was promoted to Wholesale Director for Southern Europe with responsibility for growing the Carrier business in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece and also expanding the commercial activities within the Balkans regions and Turkey.

Filippo was appointed Vice President of Carrier Services for Europe in June 2008 and is now responsible for managing the European Carrier business.

Prior to working for IDT, Filippo contributed to the start up of World Telecom during the Italian market deregulation in 1998 and worked in the wholesale commercial team at MCI WorldCom.

Katrona Tyrrell joined IDT Europe in March 2006 as Director of Human Resources with responsibility for delivering the human resources operation within the UK, Europe and Asia.

Prior to joining IDT, Katrona has spent 14 years in human resources predominantly within the Engineering and Insurance sectors. Katrona has specialised in mergers and acquisitions, performance management, employment law and compensation and benefits.

Katrona received a Post Grad Diploma in Strategic Management through the Chartered Institute of Management and has just completed an MA in Strategic HRM through Nottingham University.
